COLCA CANYON 01 DAY

This tour starts in the morning very early.

You will leave Arequipa at 3:00 AM to Chivay and the first half of the road is asphalted and the other half is rustic. You will arrive to Chivay at 6 AM approximately, where you can have breakfast and after you will go directly to the CROSS OF THE CONDOR, then 2 hour you will arrive to the cross of the condor ,this place is considered Condor`s Santuary, besides you can see the deep of the colca canyon and you will appreciate the condor’s flight.then you will return to Chivay, visiting the traditional towns and some viewpoints of the Colca valley. In Chivay you can visit the hot springs, have lunch, after that you will came back to Arequipa.

when you will return to Arequipa you will stop at the highest point of the area, 4,900 meters above sea level, where you can see many volcanoes and you can appreciate the imposing Andes Mountain range .You will stop also in Toccrapampa to see the llamas and alpacas, also native birds, and in the National Reserve you will see the beautiful vicuñas besides on the road you can see volcanoes like Misti, Chachani and Picchupicchu from the posterior side. You will arrive in Arequipa approximately at 5 PM.
